Chaos

Chaos is an American esports company that was founded by Shannon ‘Sunsfan’ Scotten in 2015. Formerly known as Digital Chaos, the team was well known for their Dota 2 squad that finished in second place at The International 2016 and had won first at ESL One Genting 2017. DC’s dota team disbanded in April 2018 then rebranded to Chaos with the aim to be more mainstream. Chaos support professional squads that compete in PlayerUnknown’s BattleGrounds, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Rainbow Six Siege.

The PlayerUnknown’s BattleGrounds unit was created in November 2017 acquiring Team Pogchamp to compete for the European region. The current professional squad consists of Ewan ‘EwanHC’ Tundale, Joakim ‘Jokkizz’ Olsen, John ‘Awen’ Waltersson Brandell who together will take their gaming levels to new heights travelling across the world to attend esports events.

 

Chaos PUBG team have recently participated in tournaments such as GLL Season 2 EU Week 4 Alpha Division, May 2018 Curse Trials Qualifier Group A, Auzom PL Season 2 European Final and among many. The unit’s greatest win so far was when they attended the IEM Oakland, where they finished in fifth place to win their highest prize of $15K.

Chaos CS: GO Team

The Counter-Strike team was launched in May 2018, signing on the Enyoy squad. The group of Swedish pro players will compete to represent the European Region in future esports competitions. At the moment, the lineup consists of Markus ‘pronax’ Wallsten as the captain, Mikail ‘Maikelele’ Bill, Fredrik ‘FREDDyFROG’ Gustafsson, Joakim ‘Relaxa’ Gustafsson and Niclas ‘PlesseN’ Plessen.

Chaos CSGO has participated in European qualifier matches such as the GG. Bet Majestic, Europe Minor Championship – London 2018, ESL One New York 2018 and DreamHack Masters Stockholm 2018. Their great win since the start was the minor event, Betspawn Cup: Nordic vs CIS, winning an unbeatable record of 3-1 over Space Jam claiming their prize of $3,500. Since the CS unit is still new, participating in as many esports tournaments will help gain more gaming experience that will lead to them improving their tactics.

Chaos Rainbow Six Team

Chaos entered into the Rainbow Six esports scene last March 2018, by acquiring The Swedes. The current lineup consists of multinational professional gamers like Rickard ‘Secretly’ Olofsson as team captain, Rasmus ‘REDGROOVE’ Larsson, Lars ‘sno0ken’ Malte Ekstrom, Matthias Johannes ‘Renuilz’ Nordeback and Christoffer ‘Kripps’ Brushane.

Since they have recently launched, Chaos Rainbow Six unit has had the opportunity to participate in major tournaments such as DreamHack Austin 2018, OGA PIT Season 1 – Europe, DreamHack Valencia 2018 as well as the qualifier match of Six Major Paris 2018 – Europe. Their greatest achievement yet has to be the Pro League Season 7 – Europe, where Chaos finished in sixth place defeated by Team Vitality to claim their prize reward of $4,500. With more practice in prestigious Rainbow Six matches, the squad will gain more confidence and improve on their communication, skills and gaming tactics to eventually win over top teams in the world.
