Pawel ‘byali’ Bieliński

Pawel ‘byali’ Bieliński is a cyber athlete hailing from Police, a north western city in Poland. He trains in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive taking on the rifler position as the entry fragger, playing his best with assault rifles for Virtus.Pro. Bieliński entertains the crowd by saving his teammates from difficult situations.

Aside from gaming, Byali loves to spend his time with his team mates watching football matches whenever their national team is competing. Byali is very patriotic towards his homeland, singing along to the national anthem. Breaking away from the daily routine, Pawel likes to travel with his squad, seeing the sights and getting to know the culture apart from participating in esports competitions.

Where it all began:

Pawel began his professional career with Golden Five Gaming, competing in Counter-Strike 1.6, where he met Snax. In 2013, he switched to practice CS: GO playing in competitions for ESC Gaming who whom he debuted at the EMS One – Fall 2013 #2.

In 2014, Byali joined Virtus.Pro, winning the first event, EMS Katowice Grand Finals, defeating Ninjas in Pyjamas. In fact, it was in the same year that HLTV voted Bieliński as the 13th best player of 2014. He loves video games with a passion and dedication and for this he will never stop gaming.

The Team:

Virtus.Pro is a Russian esports organisation that was launched in 2003, starting out with a Counter-Strike team. In 2011, VP went through a reboot growing the gaming company to support squads that specialize in Dota 2, Hearthstone and Quake. VP are the most experienced active team in esports, famous for their Polish hearts and passion for video games.

Virtus.Pro have created their CS: GO squad in 2012 and since then have won several Championship titles. The lineup consists of pro players TaZ as the in-game leader, NEO, PashaBiceps, Snax and Byali who will continue their competitive journeys with VP until 2020.

Competition Participation:

The latest competitions that Byali and his team Virtus Pro have attended were Major matches such as WESG 2017 Europe Finals, Esports Championship Series Season 4 – Europe, StarLadder i-League Invitational #2. As for the Premier esports tournaments that VP have participated in include the EPICENTER 2017, Eleague CS: GO 2017, ESL One: New York, ESG Tour Mykonos, PGL Major Krakow among many more.

Winnings:

The highest earnings won by Virtus Pro and Byali was at Eleague Season 1. The premier tournament saw VP defeat Fnatic with an unbeatable record of 2-0, proudly claiming the first prize reward of $400K.

The second great accomplishment for Pawel’s pro career and for Virtus.Pro was at the premier event, DreamHack Masters Las Vegas. The CS squad won against the top team SK Gaming with a record of 2-1, taking the Championship title, they took home a prize of $200K, showing the esports scene, who are the masters of CS: GO.

Another remarkable achievement for Byali and his team Virtus.Pro is placing third in the WESG 2016 Finals. The CS squad battled against Space Soldiers winning the match with a record 2-0, to proudly claim the reward of $200K.
