Where it all began:
Before becoming a professional gamer, Li was a well-known pubstar, who played good games in public tournaments, building up high scores with the best kill ratios.
Iceice was introduced to professional esports by xiao8 where they met at the Dota Asia Championships in 2015. He got to play among veterans like BurNing, xiao8, rOtk and LaNm, as part of Big God roster. Peng’s help on the team helped to achieve fourth place and therefore his abilities and skills did not go unnoticed by the professional players as well as the casters.
After two months he started out his gaming career, the Big God team members went their separate ways. Thanks to BG and the captain of the team, Xiao who gave him the chance to play Dota 2.
In August 2015, iceice signed up with Wings Gaming, where he helped to achieve the team’s success, winning ESL One Manila 2016, The Summit 5, The Summit 6, The Manila Major and The Boston Major among many other events.
Iceice’s greatest achievement and that of Wings Gaming is winning The International 2016 for the prize pool of a staggering $9.1 million.
One of his secret game-changing dota 2 strategies is his accurate spellcasting and getting the most out of his hero. His skills handling a wide range of dota 2 characters make strategies even more unpredictable. His best played dota 2 champions include Batrider, Doom, Keeper of the light, Alchemist, Earthshaker and many more.
With the inspiration and motivation to be a better support player, Iceice is a perfectionist, becoming the top esports player he is today.
