A group of five Brazilian players representing Luminosity Gaming play in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Their game strategy of well-timed security round the bombsite establishes the team’s positions during the game in a coordinated effort.
Like all other teams there were some changes within the squad but for the good of the team they have picked the best players for the success they enjoy today. There were several competitions they played in such as Dreamhack Austin 2016, MLG Major Championship: Colombus 2016 where they won the first prize. Other events they took part in were Esports Championship Series Season 1 Finals, DreamHack Winter 2015, ESL ESEA NA Pro League S2 where they finished second place.
To sum things up, the team played thirty-nine tournaments, ten of which they ranked first, in eight matches a close second place and five have positioned them third. The total prize pool they gathered from several gaming events was a whopping $1.1 million.
Being competitive CS:GO players, their expertise and game strategies could help save the bombsite from the gaming terrorists.
