DreamHack Masters Dallas 2019

DreamHack Masters Dallas 2019 is an esports tournament that will show the world who are the masters of CSGO. An event that will take place on the 28th May until 2nd June in Dallas at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. The top 16 esports teams will get to compete for a prize pool of $250K, showing the esports world, who are the masters of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

DreamHack Masters Dallas is quite a popular esports event that has broken viewership records year on year. This can also be thanks to the intrigue and mystery that surrounds the tournament of who will be the masters of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

DreamHack Masters Stockholm 2018

The Northerners accomplished a most significant success over the world’s best CSGO team, taking home the DreamHack Masters Stockholm title and $100K cash prize. 

DreamHack Masters Marseille 2018

This CSGO event had a peak viewership of 1.4 million people who watched the live streaming online. Navi went through to the Grand Finals beating Mousesports in the quarterfinals and Gambit Esports in the Semis. Meanwhile Astralis outplayed Faze Clan in the Quarters and Fnatic in the Semis.

The Danes met the Ukrainians in the Grand Finals dominating the first CS game on Nuke with a score gap of 16-4, in fact, the result clearly indicated who was the strongest of them both. However, in the second round, Navi fought back hard to keep up pace in Inferno but Astralis were definitely stronger and difficult to beat. DreamHack Masters Malmo 2017

This CSGO event marks the second time that DreamHack organized such an esports event in Malmo. The best of the best Counter-Strike units were G2 Esports and North, who made their way through to the Finals. G2 Esports beat the likes of SK and Ninjas in Pyjamas in the Playoffs while North defeated Immortals and Gambit Esports.

Around 620K CSGO fans watched the online live streaming of DreamHack Masters Malmo Grand Final 2017. The finalist G2 Esports faced off North to win an intense battle on the Inferno map and Cobblestone that lead to their easy winning score of 2-0, taking home a prize of $100K.

DreamHack Masters Las Vegas 2017

The great thing about esports tournaments is that there is some mystery as to who will win the event. The mystery played a part in the tournament’s viewership that reached 737K people who watched the live streaming online. This team ended 2018 on a good note winning the PLG Grand Slam 2018, beating G2 Esports, taking home $70K. A few good placings include iBuypower Masters IV and the World Electronic Sports Games 2018. The most significant successes for Fnatic was reaching the grand finals at the StarSeries iLeague CSGO Season 7. Their Counter-Strike performance was impressive even though the Swedes had a weak showing in the previous months. Maintaining their pace and good winning strategies will help Fnatic proceed through the Group Stages, however, the squad may struggle against top CSGO teams.
