Jason ‘WildTurtle’ Tran

Jason Wildturtle’ Tran is a 22-year-old professional gamer who hails from Toronto. He takes on the role of the AD carry for Team Solomid Lol roster. He made a name for himself with his aggressive playstyle pressuring his enemy with his favourite heroes like Ezreal, Vayne, Twisted Fate and Lee Sin.

Ninja Turtles

Jason’s nickname came about after seeing two turtles fight. Watching the latest Ninja Turtles movie, his favourite hero is Michelangelo for his funny jokes and his love of food.

Where it all began:

Jason started playing Defense of the Ancients casually but made the switch to League of Legends to play with his friends. He may not have received a high school diploma but WildTurtle feels proud to have pursued professional gaming, in fact his goal is to be the best in North American esports leagues and in the World Championships too.

The Team:

Team Solomid is an American esports organisation that ws founded by Reginald in September 2009. The association supports teams in LOL, Hearthstone, Super Smash Bros Vain Glory and CS:GO.

TSM is famous for their top team in League of Legends for winning five North American LCS Splits since its creation of the lol roster in 2011. The current TS lineup consists of Hauntzer, Svenskeren, Bjergsen, Doublelift, Biofrost and WildTurtle.

Competition Participation:

IEM Oakland event3

WildTurtle and TSM has participated in the NA LCS Spring and Summer matches since 2013 up to the present day except for 2016 competing for Immortals. Now that he is back with Team Solomid since November 2016, he has participated in the IEM XI Oakland and the 2017 NA LCS Spring Playoffs.

Winnings:

WildTurtle has won the award of the All Pro Team for Immortals during the 2016 NA LCS Spring matches. The highest prize Tran and his TSM have won was at the IEM IX World Championship Katowice in 2015, winning beating World Elite with the record of 3:0 to win them the first prize of $108K.
