TNC Pro Team
TNC Pro team is a Philippine gaming organisation that was founded in 2013, sponsored by an Internet café chain, TheNet.Com. The company supports pro teams playing top games like League of Legends and Dota 2.
TheNet.Com organises Dota 2 tournaments in the Philippines with the aim to help boost the esports scene in the Philippines.
TNC’s greatest accomplishment was the World Electronic Sports Games 2016, winning first prize of a stunning $800K, beating a top Dota 2 team, Cloud 9. TI6 was another competition that surprised esports fans, beating a top team like OG in the Lower brackets to finish in seventh place, taking home a prize of $500K.
Sam ‘SamH’ Hidalgo is a 20-year-old pro gamer who hails from Antipolo, Rizal. SamH is known to be the best offlaner in the Philippine Dota 2 scene and is currently playing for TNC Pro team. He is the person to boost up the team’s morale with his humour. Since Sam is the loudest in the dota team, his jokes and shot calls during the tournament help ease the pressure especially in those decisive moments.
Marc Polo ‘Raven’ Fausto is the youngest Dota player hailing from Manila. He is the latest new addition to TNC team, taking on the position of the carry for the unit. He has put his skills to the test and showed his flexible abilities by temporarily playing the mid role instead of Teehee. Although Marc is not as experienced, he aims to stay on top of his game by watching game replays, learning how he could implement new skills in his own game plays.
Carlo ‘Kuku’ Palad is a 20-year-old Filipino cyber athlete that competes for TNC. His responsibility within the unit is that of solo middle playing his best Dota heroes, Huskar, Phantom Lancer and Windranger. He started out his professional gaming career in March 2015 playing for Mineski before joining TNC Pro Team.
Timothy ‘Tims’ Randrup is a pro in Dota 2 that currently competes for TNC Pro Team. Randrup plays the support role for his team with his best dota characters Earth Spirit, Io and Vengeful Spirit. When Tims was in Primary school, his brother introduced him to the game and has become his passion. Timothy began his career with Execration which brought on a few surprises at The International, taking down Complexity in the wildcard matches. His goal in 2017 is to beat the all-time favourites, Evil Genuises.
Ryo ‘ryOyr’ Hasegawa is a 24-year-old professional gamer that competes for TNC Pro Team. Ryo can play two positions the offlaner or Support, showing his smart moves and performances with dota champions Crystal Maiden, Dazzle and Vengeful Spirit. He began competing in the dota scene in 2013 with EoT Hammer and has acquired different skills and strategies along the way to help him bring success for his team.
