Lucas ‘LUCAS1’ Teles is a professional gamer who hails from Brazil, competing in CS:GO as the support for his current squad, 100 Thieves. Lucas like his brother HEN1 is a cheerful person to be around, laughing, dancing, joking and motivating his teammates.

Teles has a long history of gaming, practising with his brother and father in CS 1.6 since he was eight. He is passionate and dedicated towards gaming that he became one of the top players in Brazil. In fact he gets recognized in the street by fans who ask for his autograph, giving him more drive to continue train and be the best.

The Team:

100 Thieves is an American esports association that was founded by former COD player, Matthew ‘Nadeshot’ Haag and the NBA squad, Cleveland Cavaliers. The gaming company supports teams that compete in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and in League of Legends.

100 Thieves have created their CS: GO squad in December 2017. They signed on the former Immortals players, HEN1, LUCAS1, fnx, kNgV- and acquired the professional player, bit as the in-game leader, taking their game levels to new heights.

Competition Participation:

When LUCAS1 was with Immortals, he participated in the qualifying stages of DreamHack Masters Las Vegas 2017 and the premier, Starladder i-League StarSeries Season 3. He has also showed esports fans, the amazing clutch plays especially in the IEM Katowice 2016.

He has also attended esports events such as iBUYPOWER Masters 2016, Esports Championship Series Season 2 Finals, the qualifiers of ELEAGUE Major 2017 with his previous team, IMT.

Winnings:

The Brazilian esports community nominated Lucas1 as the best commentator of 2015. He became even more famous when he won competitions with Tempo Storm and Immortals.

The largest prize that Lucas1 has ever won together with his team, Tempo Storm was the CEVO Gfinity Pro-League Season 9. The squad beat SK Gaming with the score 3-1, taking the first prize of $55K.

Another great achievement for Lucas was at the DreamHack Summer 2016. Immortals beat Ninjas in Pyjamas with the record 2:0, taking the DH title to win $50K.
