Welcome back to another episode of Dota 2 Tips and Tricks. This week's article will focus on map awareness and knowing when you might get ganked. And if you missed previous editions of tips and tricks, you can check them out herehere, and here.

Good Uses of Tiny's Toss

Toss is an amazing ability with many different uses. Even though the damage does not pierce BKB, you can toss Raged Lifstealers or spinning Juggernauts away from you. You must find a target to toss to though. Note that you cannot select magic immune heroes as targets.

In addition, you can toss heroes to Runes. You can even toss a suiciding Techies back to where he came from. Just spam the toss button as the Techies is coming down.

Undying's Tombstone is an Alchemist's Wet Dream

Each of the spawning zombies gives Alchemist Greevil's Greed gold. So if there really isn't a threat, Alchemist should be farming the zombies. Don't forget to kill the Tombstone before it despawns; it gives a ton of gold itself.

How to Tell if an Invisible Hero is Nearby as Drow Ranger

Drow's ultimate gets deactivated when an enemy hero gets too close. In addition, the white glow around Drow also gets disabled. So if you're playing Drow and the glow disappears, this means an invisible enemy hero is really close by.

How to Tell if an enemy is Nearby as Phantom Assassin

Similar to Drow, PA's Blur map vanish is also disabled when enemies come in a 1600 radius within her. Her physical blurriness will also be disabled. So if you're farming as PA and your Blur gets disabled, that means enemies might be trying to gank you and are nearby. Also be aware that invisible heroes won't cancel your Blur effect, even if they are close.
