Tristan ‘PowerOfEvil’ Schrage

Tristan ‘PowerOfEvil’ Schrage is a professional gamer from Bad Soden, Germany. He is a 19 year old mid laner competing for Misfits, showing off his gaming potential to esports fans around the world. He is famous for his mechanical game plays on Cassiopeia, Syndra and Orianna as well as his bizarre champion picks.

Powerofevil Pilot

Before Tristan decided to take up League of Legends, PowerOfEvil had the ambition to be an airline pilot, flying internationally. Gaming aside, PowerOfEvil enjoys his spare time playing Tennis and Soccer with his friends.

Where it all began:

Tristan’s interest in gaming all started at an early age, playing the video game ‘frogger’. Then as he got older, he spent his free time playing Age of Empires 2, Dota 2, Warcraft III and Unreal Tournament 2004. When Schrage was around 12 year old, his brother and his friends encouraged him to play the video game, League of Legends and from then on never stopped playing.

His alias, PowerOfEvil comes from Warcraft, in search of a funny and scary name. The first LOL unit, Tristan joined was Team Mistral back in 2013 but his gaming success all started with Unicorns of Love. Schrage has the flexibility to play other positions like top lane and support but will never switch the mid lane role.

The Team:

Misfits is a European esports company that was founded in May 2016 by Ben Spoont, Laurie Silvers and Mitchell Rubenstein. The association supports different teams that compete in League of Legends, Overwatch, Super Smash Bros, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Hearthstone. Their aim is to make their mark in the history of esports and show the gaming community their true capabilities.

Misfits League of Legends team was created after the Renegades was disbanded and banned from LOL competitions. The company acquired three of the former RNG players and also got their spot in the Challenger series, qualifying them for the Summer Split, beating Euronics Gaming with the score 3:1. The current LOL team consists of Alphari, PowerOfEvil, Hans Sama, IgNar, Paragon and the latest addition to the unit is Maxlore.

Competition Participation:

The LOL competitions that PowerOfEvil has participated was with his current team, Misfits at the 2017 EU LCS Spring Playoffs. With Origen, he took part in the 2016 EU LCS Spring league and the Intel Extreme Masters X World Championship.

EU LCS Series

Having competed for several teams over the years, PowerOfEvil had the experience to go against top teams like Ninjas in Pyjamas, Cloud 9, H2K Gaming, Solomid and G2 Esports. The experience he acquired so far has made him into the player he is today, learning from his mistakes and step up his gaming skills.

Winnings:

The greatest achievement for PowerOfEvil was with the Team Origen at the IEM X San Jose in 2015. The team defeated Counter Logic Gaming with the unbeatable score of 3:0, taking home a prize of $25K.

The second great win was with Unicorns of Love, althought they did not win the tournament they earned their second highest earnings. Competing in the RIOT EU LCS 2015 Spring Playoffs, the LOL team lost to top team, Fnatic with the score, 2:3 despite the loss they came in second place taking home the prize $25K.
