Mineski Events team in collaboration with ESL is organising the first premier Dota 2 tournament, The Manila Masters 2017 in the Philippines at the Mall of Asia Arena. The event will take place between 25th till the 28th May featuring the top esports teams who will compete for their share of the first prize $120K.
Over the past four days, the Manila Majors has seen the best teams battle it out for the top prize. The winnning team that shone through holding the title of the Manila Masters were Evil Geniuses who will keep holding the top ranks in the Dota 2 scene.
The successes of events like ESL One Manila and ESL One Genting have taken the South East Asian esports scene to the next level. The top SEA organizers, Mineski Events plays quite an important role in the past and future of Electronic Sports Leagues.
The Manila Masters will feature the top eight teams in the Quarterfinals. The winning four squads will go through to the Semi-finals so that two units battle it out to move on to the winner’s final. The grand finals will feature the best of five, meaning that the winning group from both winner’s finals and losers finals come together for their chance to be the Dota Masters.
The Masters refer to the pro gamers who dedicate their time to play Dota 2, showing their gaming skills and talents for all esports fans around the world. The eight participating teams include Evil Genuises, Team OG, Newbee, Team Secret, Team NP, Invictus Gaming, Team Faceless and Clutch Gamers.
Evil Genuises

Newbee
The third best Dota team according to esportsearnings.com is Newbee. The roster consists of Moogy, Sccc, Kpii, Kaka and Faith bringing all the dota action to many of their esports fans around the world.

The best fourth team among Dota 2 squads according to esportsearnings.com is OG. The latest esports tournaments was The Kiev Major 2017, winning a cash prize of a million, taking the Major title.
