Copenhagen Games CSGO – Male

Many CSGO teams around the world are awaiting the Copenhagen Games. One of the biggest Danish esports tournaments organised will be held on the 13th April until 15th April, in the heart of Denmark’s capital at an exhibition space called Øksnehallen. The Major event is brought to you by their sponsors, City of Copenhagen.

The Copenhagen Games CSGO has been running since 2012, inviting sixteen professional teams, who will compete for their share of the $30K total prize. Every year, the Counter-Strike event organises matches for males and also for females.

At the Copenhagen Games CSGO 2016 in the Male tournaments, Hellraisers took home the first prize of a surprising $18K. E-Frag,net Esports Club placed second scooping a reward of $9K. Over the past six years, some of the best teams were in attendance, these include SK Gaming, Mousesports, Natus Vincere, Fnatic, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Virtus.Pro, H2K Gaming, Team Solomid and Flipsid3 Tactics. Who will qualify for the Copenhagen Games this year?

The format of the Counterstrike Games in Copenhagen will feature sixteen teams that will be divided into four groups. The top two units from groups A, B, C and D will automatically qualify for the Quarterfinals. Eight teams remain at this stage of the playoffs but four of them will be eliminated. The Semi-finals feature the best four squads where a third and fourth place are determined.
