Bruno ‘shz’ Martinelli

Bruno ‘shz’ Martinelli is one of the youngest players on the Brazilian team of CS:GO Luminosity Gaming. He takes on the responsibility of an entry fragger developing his abilities to raid and invade the bombsite.

Bruno began playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive in June 2016 competing for his very first professional team, MK3 esports. While Shz was playing for his former team, Remo Brave he helped lead his unit to victory showing skill and strategy during the Brazil Game Cup 2016. His favourite weapons while playing CS:GO are the AK-47 and the M4A4.

The Team:

Luminosity Gaming is a North American gaming organisation that was established in 2015 founded by Steve ‘Buyaka’ Maida. Today, LG support teams that compete in LOL, World of Warcraft, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Overwatch, Hearthstone, Smite and CS:GO.

Over the years, Luminosity Gaming CS:GO have earned a total of $1.1 million in winnings so far. The first Brazilian squad was made up of FalleN, fer, coldzera, fnx and TACO who have competed well for LG in the MLG Major Championship and at the ESL Pro League Season 3. Carrying on the Luminosity Counter-Strike squad are the talented players destinyy, PKL, yeL, shz, SHOOWTiME to compete in prestigious esports tournaments.

Competition Participation:

Bruno together with Luminosity Gaming have taken part in the DreamHack Summer 2017 – North American qualifiers, Subaru Invitational 2017, iBUYPOWER Invitational 2017 – Spring and IEM XI World Championship – North America qualifier among many others.

Stepping up their game strategies, Luminosity were in competition with top CS:GO teams like SK Gaming, CLG, Immortals, Misfits, Cloud 9 and Team Liquid.

Winnings:

A great accomplishment for shz was competing for Luminosity Gaming at the ESL Pro League Season 5 – North America. The squad, LG finished in 7th place in the premier match winning their highest reward yet of $27K.
